With Tears by The Great Abu (SPM Records 2003) When the mic is turned on, "THE GREAT ABU" naturally enlightened the stage with the spirit and sound of reggae music. Born in Dominica, at the age of 21 he moved to St. Croix to further his career. He began singing with a well known band called "UMOJAH". He also was the opening act for countless of major reggae artists like BUNNY WAILER, STEEL PULSE, THIRD WORLD, ZIGGY, GREGORY just to name a few. He currently has another band "GRAVITY", He decided he needed to take his career to yet another level , then found SPMRECORDs producers Ras I.DE and I.GE who talently put his debut album "WITH TEARS". He also did a track on the"WAKE UP CALL" compilation CD which was one of the most played track on the album. SPMRECORDS have alot in store for this artist, SO DON"T FORGET THE NAME "THE GREAT ABU". A serious soldier in jah army!!!! |
